Roasted Okra

Serves 6 people 

Ingredients 

-  32 Okra pods   
-  4 teaspoons pepper
-  4 teaspoons salt
-  2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions 
1. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Arrange the okra slices in one layer cookie sheet. Pour olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Take them out and let them cool off for a minute then eat them. 

4. Drizzle on some lime. 

5. Enjoy!
